Sport Coaching

The course is offered to athletes, coaches, and personal trainers to prepare for an important competition, the months and at the moments that follow, during the event, and in the following analysis.

We all follow engrained patterns of behavior. Most of these patterns are unconsciously manifested, that is, we put them into action automatically, withouth thinking or being aware of them.

These thought processes can be beneficial and lead to victory, or they can have a negative effect and inhibit performance.

Through theory and practice, the course provides tools and techniques to analyze these “patterns” and then, where necessary, modify them. We will also analyze the strategies needed to deal with limiting beliefs and build successful performance.

 

Training is a fundamental aspect and an accelerator of change for each participant’s growth path, where theory becomes practice, were knowledge is transformed into know-how
