Level 1 Conscious Communication

In every moment of our existence we communicate, we externalize our intimate selves with words, gestures, postures and movements, and finally we influence and are influenced by the world around us.

Every day we meet people, we often meet them and exchange words, while with others we exchange only looks or gestures, so we need to realize that we are transmitters and receivers of information. It is important to note that in this world of interpersonal relationships, the role of message transmitters is of enormous importance, so it should be accompanied by the responsibility and awareness of what we demonstrate, say or feel.

This means that we have the power to create, that we are able to transform our moods, that we have the power to change and help others to change through conscious communication.

The objective of Conscious Level I Communication is to pass on tools to make interpersonal relationships a powerful “tool of magic”, to provide effective content and above all to a greater awareness of how to use these tools to transform relationships in relation to the world in which we live.

We are transmitters of messages, and through conscious communication we have the power to change and to help others do so
