Coaching is a tool that helps increase your ability to “see” reality, of which we are co-creators. Reality reflects us because everything is a reflection of the observer who looks.

Coaching can free one’s potential, maximizing their performance with clear awareness of the actions to be taken.

I take an integrated approach to coaching. We are made of energy and matter (body, mind and spirit), two complementary physical quantities that affect each other. By acting on one, you change the other.

The tools:

  • N.L.P. (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), presence exercises, visualizations, meditation, body and breath work.
  • Integrated Coaching focuses on generative change, focusing on defining and achieving specific goals. The methodology used is result oriented, to stimulate the development of new strategies of thought and therefore action.

Coaching sessions include:

  • Development of self-awareness
  • Identification of limiting and disempowering beliefs
  • Definition of clear, specific objectives
  • Identification of the state and resources necessary for reaching objectives
  • Identification of strategies and useful methods for reaching objectives
  • Translation of strategies into behaviors and actions
  • Integration of mental attitude, technique, and body awareness
  • Feedback, self-evaluation of performance, and follow up
